WORO isn't one business — it's six brand properties under a global IT-services firm, each needing ads, content, a website, lead handling and follow-up. Run the conventional way, that's six teams doing the same work six times over, margin leaking at every manual handoff, and no single view of what's actually making money.
What WORO wanted wasn't another tool bolted onto one of those tasks. They wanted the whole operation to run on an AI layer they owned — every margin-adjacent workflow, across every brand, end to end.
02 — What we built
One AI operating system under all six brands.
At the core is WORO's own private AI infrastructure — private models, document-aware retrieval, and a mesh of agents — so the intelligence belongs to them rather than being rented from an API.
On top of that core, the workflows that move money: ad management across Meta and Google taken from campaign to closed deal; content and web across all six properties, with ads wired into every landing page; client delivery run as managed pipelines; a web presence built for how people actually search now — SEO, GEO and AEO — with full event analytics; funnel automation that watches revenue and margin in real time; and email automation that answers inbound inquiries with humanised, full-context replies. Eight modules in all, infrastructure to funnel — one connected system instead of a stack of disconnected tools.
