ZeroOne is a flat-hierarchy team managed by one mindset and one founder. AI builders and AI researchers are the core of this company — everyone else amplifies their work. We're hiring for six positions across India, the UAE, and Indonesia.

Flat team. One mindset. One founder.

No middle managers. No account managers. No junior hand-offs. Every engagement is led end-to-end by Meet Deshani, with one dedicated AI Builder pulled in to amplify execution. Industry-specific or skill-specific specialists come in only when the work genuinely requires them.

If you're an AI builder or AI researcher, you'll be on every project that's a fit for your craft. If you're a Video Editor or Robotics specialist, you'll be the dedicated owner of your domain across the studio's full output.

AI Builder

Each AI Builder is the dedicated owner of a region's project portfolio. End-to-end on the build — scoping, architecture, ship, support — with the founder beside you, not above you. Remote, with a once-a-month meet-up at the regional office.

  • Ship a production AI workflow every 2 weeks (Sprint or Prototype)
  • Lead a Full DOTS Build (Reporting / Fintech / Brand / Private AI Stack) end-to-end
  • Pull in researchers, video, or robotics teammates only where the project needs them
  • Direct client relationship — you're the technical owner, not a relay

AI Researcher

For people who'd rather read a paper on Sunday than scroll. Embedded with AI Builders on every project that has a research-shaped problem — custom model architecture, novel agent designs, evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning pipelines.

  • Read, replicate, ship — turn arXiv into production code
  • Own the model evaluation + benchmarking layer across all client work
  • Co-author the architecture for Private AI Stack engagements
  • Publish (we believe in publishing the methods, not just selling them)

Video Editor

Location: Ahmedabad, India · Office-based

The studio ships a lot of video — client product demos, AI avatar pipelines, founder content, brand films. You'll own the post layer. Tight cuts, real motion, brand-consistent grading.

  • Edit founder content + client product films + AI avatar pipelines (HeyGen, Higgsfield)
  • Own brand consistency across video output across all client engagements
  • Work with the AI Builder team to ship demo videos for case studies

Role · Hardware Specialist 1 position

Hardware Robotics Expert

Location: Ahmedabad, India · Office-based

For projects where AI has to touch the physical world — manufacturing automation, field-engineer rigs, sensor pipelines, edge deployment with real motors and real sensors. You'll plug into AI Builder projects when the deliverable has hardware in it.

  • Edge AI deployment (Jetson, Coral, custom MCU + LLM bridge)
  • Sensor fusion + actuator control + safety interlocks
  • Industrial automation experience (PLC, ROS2, OPC-UA) is a plus
  • Comfortable bridging Python/C++/embedded firmware
