The story

It started with personalised AI agents.

Meet began by building personalised AI productivity agents for his own work. He fine-tuned and trained the models behind them, with custom weights shaped to his tasks, and ran several agents together as one team. The shift was significant: everything he did got faster and better.

That was the idea. If custom agents on custom-trained models could do that for one person, they could do it for every Indian business, most of which still run on paper registers, Excel and WhatsApp. He started ZeroOne in November 2025 to bring them that shift, with software made for the person on the plant floor, the field engineer and the back office, not for a dashboard nobody opens. The company was incorporated in 2026 as Zeroone AI Ventures Private Limited.

Meet Deshani

Founder & Director · Technology and product

Born and raised in Rajkot. A chemical engineer from NIT Jaipur who ran production at JSW Steel, joined Spinny's founding team, and led technology at CredResolve. He also won a government grant for on-device AI hardware. Today he leads every build at ZeroOne himself: when you work with us, you work with the person who writes the system.
